What is the ÖH Freshie program?

As a first-year student, you can often feel a little lost at the beginning of your studies. Therefore, we want to create a student network with the ÖH Freshie Program at the FH Salzburg, which will help you to get off to a good start and get to know other students faster. After registering, you will have a Freshie-Guide from a higher semester from your study as your contact person, who will be available to answer questions about your studies and give you an insight into life at the FH Salzburg. There are also exclusive events for all participants!

Why get involved?

You would like to meet new people, have fun and improve your social skills? The ÖH Freshie Program offers you exactly that – you just have to register! You get to know other students from different study programmes and network. You will be supervised and supported by a Freshie-Guide in a small group of max. 5 freshies from your study course. Your Freshie-Guide will be available to answer all your questions – this is the ideal opportunity to get first-hand information about certain exams, lecturers or party locations and great places in Salzburg!

Activities

By participating in the ÖH Freshie Program you have the chance to get to know other students during our activities. There will be campus barbecues, campus/city rallies, pub crawls etc. to create the perfect starting point for a successful academic year 😉

Due to the limited availability, the principle applies: first-come, first-serve!

As soon as all registrations have been received and the groups have been assigned, your Freshie-Guide will contact you directly! You will receive all further dates and information about the activities by e-mail.

The registration period for Freshies starts on  the 01.08.2021 and ends on the 31.08.2021

Sollte dein Studiengang nicht aufgelistet sein, haben wir leider dieses Jahr leider keine Guides bekommen.
If your course of study is not listed, we sadly don't have any guides for that course this year.
